Merging the Digital and In-Store Experience

Inspired by a transformed vision of the 21st century retail environment, the Razorfish team crafted a vision that would meet the needs of the modern, digital customer with an idea it named Razorshop. As the idea took shape, the team created a roadmap that would elegantly leverage a data-driven customer journey to inform the buyer’s in-store experience.
